On November 26, 2015, under the Confirmed List of 2nd Half Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched a residential site in Siglap Road that can possibly house 750 units. The location has a site area of 19,309 m2. The site will have a 99-year leasehold tenure.

On January 14, 2016, the tender will end at noon time.

The Siglap Road residential site is linked by Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP) to most of the locations in Singapore. The Changi Airport and the Central Business District (CBD) are both only a few minutes away from the site area.
