The Singapore’s URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) had launched 2 sites that will present new private housing in Hillview Rise and Sengkang Central for sale by public tender. These 2 sites will come under the verified list of GLS (Government Land Sales) programme in the second half of year 2017.

Hand in hand, the 2 sites can possibly house around 1,235 fabulous condo units, the URA stated, affixing that the 37,300 square meters Sengkang land site is bounded for residential and commercial purposes and is neighboring to the Buangkok MRT Station.
