Propnex

PropNex, a real estate brokerage, launched its fourth international market, Cambodia, on Wednesday (May 19). It has also worked with developers on two market-ready products.

PropNex now has over 12,000 salespeople spread throughout Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

PropNex Cambodia’s master franchise will be headed by Mr Alan Neo, who will also serve as the company’s chief executive. He has 15 years of expertise in the industry and will be in charge of PropNex Cambodia, which employs 500 people and has offices in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville.

PropNex Cambodia has also partnered with Hong Kong developer Urban Hub (Cambodia) Co on Urban Village, a mixed-use development on Hun Sen Blvd in Phnom Penh that spans 760,000 square meters.

Factory Phnom Penh, which includes a kindergarten, a library, an art gallery, co-working space, retail establishments, entertainment venues, a trampoline park, a skateboard park, and a German craft beer brewery, is near to Urban Village.

A mixed-use development in Sihanoukville (Cambodia), D’Seaview, created by Singapore-listed Hong Lai Huat Group, has chosen PropNex Cambodia as its exclusive marketing agency.
