From August 26 to September 6, Parc Greenwich, a 496-unit joint residential development project of Frasers Property and CSC Land Group, will be available for e-application.
The wellness-inspired executive condominium (EC), located adjacent to the landed enclave at Seletar Hill, is scheduled for launch and sales booking on September 11, according to Singapore Business Review (SBR).
It includes nine 14-story residential buildings and 52 health and leisure amenities spread out across eight recreational zones.
The development’s apartments vary in size from two to five bedrooms and range in size from 786 to 1,464 square feet. There are also penthouses ranging in size from 990 sq ft two-bedroom apartments to 1,679 sq ft five-bedroom homes.
“Our high-quality residential development Parc Greenwich appeals to young couples and families with children who value wellness and active living with a plethora of facilities and amenities right on their doorstep,” said Lorraine Shiow from Frasers.
“To improve the living experience, all apartments are fitted with a smart home system for more digital convenience, with the possibility to add on additional Internet-of-Things (IoT) features and smart appliances,” she said, according to SBR.
Parc Greenwich, which is set to get a temporary occupancy permit (TOP) in 2024, is well-connected to the Seletar Expressway, Central Expressway, and Tampines Expressway. The nearest MRT station is Sengkang MRT, which can be reached through the Fernvale Light Rail Transit station.
It is also close to next-generation digital, commercial, and industrial centers, which means additional job possibilities in the northeast.
First-time purchasers in the complex who meet certain criteria may be eligible for Central Provident Fund housing subsidies of up to $30,000.
