
SINGAPORE: Oxley holdings set to recognise revenue of $2.4b in the next 2 years as they sold close to three quarters of their projects portfolio or 2,848 out of 3,923 units from various projects that they have stake in.
Oxley fully owned most of these projects and also some joint ventures such as Inspace, Affinity @ Serangoon and Riverfront Residences. The Addition, Sea Pavilion Residence are fully sold which are 100% owned by Oxley. Sixteen 35 Residences and Verendah Residences only left one unit that is unsold.
Kent Ridge Hill Residences has the most unsold units with 245 units unsold out of 548 units.
Still, despite current economic woes, Oxley is confident of selling out the remaining units from current ongoing sales momentum.
