Well, i guess its pretty rare to get a freehold condo here in Moulmein rise as there isn't much empty land around here. The likelyhood of getting a new condo here will be from collective sales. I'm have been staying at this location for ages and like this location for its convenience. Whether going see doctor or buy groceries, its all about 5 minutes away.
