The 381-unit luxury condominium development Leedon Residence by GuocoLand Singapore has registered an increase in enquiries as well as sales after reaching its TOP last 15 June.
Leedon Residence has sold 24 units in the last 6 weeks with price over $110 million. Caveats lodged with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) reported that a total of 181 units of the project has been sold so far, translating to 80% of all units being sold.
Units with 3 and 4 bedrooms with size ranging from 2,100 sq ft to 2,600 sq ft drawn the most interest, and 70% of buyers are Singaporean. Leedon Residence consists 2 to 5 bedroom apartments, garden homes and penthouses ranging from approximate 1,000 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft.
According to the statement, after achieving its TOP, potential buyers of Singapore Property have also been able to consider the construction up close, sense the peaceful and exclusive ambience of the property first-hand, the quality of the finishes and choose the perfect unit well suited to all needs.
