Keppel Land has bought some land areas in the business center of Jakarta for as high as S$59.4 million or 586 billion in rupiah currency.

This took place following that wholly -owned branch the PT Sukes Manis Tangguh joined into some kind of controlled sales and acquires an arrangement with  Bank central of Asia to obtain the blooming and flourishing site.

Having a total floor area of 390,000 sq ft., the area is adjoining with the famous International Financial Centre of Jakarta, an another Keppel Land’s commercial property.

Keppel Land announced its plan to build a luxurious apartment tower around the site, with an expectation of more or less 400 units. The company anticipates for a total cost of the said development which would reach as high as  S$170 million.

It also has a plan to affiliate on the alliances of two properties to make a dynamic Live -work relax and play destination.

“Indonesia is considered as Keppel Land’s one of booming growth markets,  where we are making our ties stronger in Jakarta,” shared Ang Wee Gee, The Ceo of Keppel Land.

“We will pull our large-scale competence as the number 1 developers of elite developments all over Asia to build world-class high-rise buildings that will answer the growing populace of expatriate and those local businesses that look for a well -appointed and perfectly located apartments in the heart of business center”,  Gee added.

Keppel Land is not considering the owning of property to materially impacts its earnings and the final actual asset according to share for the existing financial year.
