The latest executive condominium (EC) in Jurong West Singapore “Westwood Residences” sold about 120 units last 30 May on its first day of bookings, media reports revealed.
Developers Koh Brothers and Heeton Holdings, draw some 500 applications over the past two weeks to book units in Westwood Residences.
A total of 480 unit with prices range around $620,000 for 2 bedroom units and about $1.1 million for units with 5 bedrooms.
Westwood’s developers works out to an average price of around $738 psf or a little lower to the earlier indicative price of $800 psf.
Westwood Residences in Jurong is the first executive condominium (EC) that will be affected by the latest resale levy rule. Sales of other EC projects went slow, except for Lake Life EC which sold about 98% of its units.
Last October 2014, Lake Life EC at Jurong lake district was highly-subscribed by Evia Real Estate and went for sale with an average price of $857 psf.
