The business collaborations of KSH Holdings, Heeton Holdings and Lian Beng Group consummated the full ownership of various freehold land areas around Geylang, specifically at 31 to 51 (odd) Lorong 24 which summed up to $60 Million on March 5, Monday.

The SGX filing revealed that on the same released day, the area together with the mixed land area which covers more or less 2,432 sq m was acquired by Development 24 or popularly known as the JV industry.

The credible Heeton Holdings possessed the 10 percent of the whole business. Lian Beng manages the 42 %, whereas the KSH holdings carry the left 48 percent.

“No any additional development fees will be drawn for the recommended development,” they stated.

The ownership is not expected to have an impact on net solid assets per earnings and share among the three companies for their standing financial status.

The current calendar year for KSH Holdings will soon end on end month of March. On the other side, the Heeton Holdings will end on December while Lian Beng will be bit earlier, which is on May 31st.
