To assure the safety of the public, both the developers, Perennial Real Estate Holdings and Qingjian Realty Group came up with the idea of the balloting process as well as the booking specifically for freehold developments purely via digital conference.

The so-called “Virtual Booking Day” will be anchored by Irene Ang, a veteran artist. The project will be live-streamed over the Facebook business page of the project.

We even connect with professionals who can win over the crowd to host the event during Virtual Booking Day. We aim to let the homebuyers have the same level of experience during project launches because buying a dream home is such a memorable moment.”

Apart from the interactive part, the online event also showcases a “thinking box,” which means a virtual area where buyers can explore prior to deciding on what property to buy.

It is the first large-scale development ever to be launched under Phase 2 of reopening Singapore’s economy. The freehold development opened its market gallery last 25th of July, with the highest observance of safety measures.
