Singapore propertySingapore Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched a new website last 2 May, this website allows the user to explore and search the information on property-related issues for free.

According to the blog post of Mr Lawrence Wong, National Development Minister, searching for information on the website becomes more convenient and intuitive, as the data on map is displayed in Geographical Information System (GIS) format plus a 3D map.

Named URA SPACE, the website contains data concerning the master plan, private property use & approval, urban design guidelines, private residential property transactions, conservation areas & buildings and car park locations as well as availability.

With this new URA SPACE website, consumers can now easily check the last approved and allowable uses for private shophouses, and if required, they can also submit applications for another intended use.

The new URA SPACE can be accessed at https://www.ura.gov.sg/maps/, using various devices, such as Android tablets and Apple.
