Nashan Group, a China-based company, won the bid over a residential plot situated at Upper Thomson Road in District 11, Singapore. The company topped the bidding with their $173.6 million offer over a 10,502.8 square meters land.
The offered residential plot has a 99-year leasehold and is said to attract a good number of bidders. Before the tender was closed last October 8, the plot has over 18 bidders fighting for their chance to own the magnificent location.
The land area at Upper Thomson is big enough to cater private housing projects that have a GFA or gross floor area of 22,056 square meters.
To the Urban Redevelopment Authority, also known as URA, the plot is situated close to Bishan Park, Thomson Plaza and prestigious educational facilities. It is also easily connected to Central Expressway and the upcoming Bright Hill MRT.
Other projects that can be seen within District 11 are as follow: Whitley Residences, 6 Derbyshire and 26 Newton.
