A number of home buyers and guests attended the celebration event held last 3 September to mark the completion of the 99-year leasehold condominium Sky Vue in Bishan Street 15 Singapore. The ceremony was jointly hosted by Mitsubishi Estate Asia and Sky Vue's developers CapitaLand.
Out of 694 units, 97% or 672 units have been sold as of end August 2016, its developer CapitaLand said.
Most of the 22 units left are 2-bedroom type measuring 678 sqft to 829 sqft with prices starts at $1.16 million. A 484 sqft one-bedroom unit and 2,045 sqft 2 penthouses are also still available.
According to the CEO of CapitaLand Singapore, Mr Wen Khai Meng, the group is confident of being able to sell all 22 units remaining. The celebration is the fourth completion event that group have prepared for home buyers, following those held at Sky Habitat, d’Leedon and The Interlace.
Meanwhile, the group will be promoting a marketing scheme to move the Sky Habitat units. Also, CapitaLand's luxury freehold condominium Marine Blue will be completed in next coming months before the official launch date.
