OLA Ec at Sengkang set to launch in march 2020 too after the launch of Parc Canberra. This development is located at Anchorvale Crescent, near Sengkang Town Centre. Development by Gamuda and Evia real estate.

3) Tampines Avenue 10 EC
This new EC site at Tampines avenue 10 set to launch close to end of 2020. Developed by Hoi Hup, this EC site can potentially build up to 700 units. Residents here are well served by public transport like Tampines MRT Station, Tampines West Station and also Tampines Expressway (TPE).
Nearby amenities include Tampines Mall, Century Square and other various shopping malls, eateries and reputable schools like Temasek polytechnic etc.
Which EC to consider?
These 3 ECs launching in 2020 has a good mix for location. If you looking at EC in 2019, there’s only Piermont Grand at Sengkang. But in 2020, these 3 new ECs are well spread out in northern region, north and also eastern region of Singapore. Buyers will be well spoil for choices for their preferred location.
