Over 840,000 eligible Singaporean households can expect to receive the S$86 million rebates cost for their Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) this 2016.
The rebates were announced during Budget 2016, aiming to provide more support and assistance to Singaporean households.
The S$86 million total S&CC rebates will be disbursed next month, followed by in July and October. While details on the rebate of each Eligible households will be send through letter this April.
According to Ministry of Finance (MOF), the rebate will directly offset a household's S&CC payment, including households who pay their S&CC through GIRO.
Each eligible households will be receiving the S&CC rebates depending on their flat type.
