Le Quest, a one-size-fits-all development of the world-class developer  Qingjian Realty located in areas of Bukit Batok flawlessly sold 70 units on its initial grand day of sale, May 19, Saturday.

The developer sold 115 units for 1 week alone right after the reopening Le Quest show flat for the preview of Phase 2.

“The flattering response we witnessed in Phase 1 still continued over the weekend. A must for us to sell at least 80 units before the weekends,” appealed Yen Chong, the deputy general manager of Qingjian Realty.

She reiterated that the said company is “never in rushed to release the remaining units although the coming of new  property launches all over the region for  2018.”

” With a regular psf price amounted to $1,380, the buying public can avail a unit with four bedrooms in $1.8 million only. So the demand will be sustaining.”

The 515 units development project showcases units in one- to four-bedrooms along with its area from 1,528 sq ft to 431 sq ft. And not only that, it comprises also significant facilities such as retail shops, F& B outlets, supermarket and childcare centre.

The one and two-bedders were the centre of attraction among first -time purchasers who gathered around project location. Their bid reached $703,000.

The senior director on analysis and consultancy of Singapore’s dynamic company, Savills Singapore, Alan Cheong, explained that as prices for every unit is higher compared to the prices during the first launch a year ago, the project development maintained as “one of the highly competitive of all the current launches.”

Le Quest is the shortcut going to the incoming Tengah Park MRT station around Jurong Region Line and at close range with the approaching development, Jurong Lake District and foreseen to become the next Singapore’s Central Business District.

December 30th of 2021 is the full completion of the  99-year leasehold development project.
