Since bookings opened last 23 April, the 632-unit The Visionaire EC at Sembawang has recorded brisk sales.
According to Qingjian Realty, developer of The Visionaire, about 70 percent of the 150 plus units sold come with smart home concept.
Home buyers show a good response to The Visionaire EC because of the security and convenience of smart home package will bring. Pricing of unit is also very reasonable and it will be located right next to the Canberra MRT station.
Average unit price about $811 psf of The Visionaire EC is almost similar to The Brownstone EC, another Executive Condominium project located right beside The Visionaire.
Last month, Qingjian Realty published a poll, showing that 7 out of 10 young couples consider to live in an EC home facilitate with smart technologies.
Meanwhile, home buyers who prefer EC unit with smart home concept will be given a minimum price discount of $6,500, deduction will depends on the size of units.
The strong response to The Visionaire EC also inspired Qingjian Realty to design smart home packages to its existing and upcoming projects like Bellewoods and Bellewaters.
