Verdale has sold 50% of the 78 units launched on Saturday (19 September), a private residential property in Jalan Jurong Kechil, District 21.
The sales process was performed jointly by COLI Singapore and the CSC Land Group in Singapore and given a pre-ballot schedule in which buyers received an assigned time schedule for their booking on the day of launch. Sales is done by appointment only during the first day of launch.
“We are strongly motivated by this encouraging feedback this weekend, after releasing Verdale in these extraordinary times,” the joint developers said.
Demand also emerged from HDB upgraders from the surrounding areas and empty nests searching for smaller measurements while sticking close to their baby.
Purchasers consisted of a combination of young employees, businessmen, multi-professionals and young couples. On the first weekend of purchases, 95% of the customers were Singaporeans and permanent residents.
Jovel Chua, who has bought a two bedroom unit for her own stay, said: “I’m drawn to the unique idea of forest baths inspired for this development as a nature lover. And I love the elegant style and its high-quality appliances and accessories.
Verdale has a total of 258 units and has seven block and stand on five-story residential building
As of Sunday (21/Sept), one-room ranged between $791k and $878k, two-rooms from $998k to $1.39m, three-rooms dwelling between $15xm and $1.8xm+ and four-rooms between $2.4xm+ and $2.5xm+ On the other side, the duplex penthouses are given from $2.6xm+ to $3.3xm+.
The project preview will proceed with fixed appointments with short timescales in order to ensure that the appointment are separated inline with authorities’ guidelines and also safety of every buyers.
