According to Mr Eng Ting Ting of Pocket Greens, with the growing interest in urban farming, home developers will consider putting up such facilities to draw more home buyers.

Furthermore, some upcoming executive condominiums like Lake Life by an Evia Real Estate and Lush Acres, which is also developed by CDL, will offer farming for its resident.
