With sales booked to start on Nov 16, City Developments Limited (CDL) will first show the 366-unit Union Square Residences on Havelock Road this weekend.
Comprising the residential component of Union Square, a sizable mixed-use development with offices, retail and food and beverage space, and a co-living component with a hotel license, the 99-year leasehold condo is In Core District 1 the project is on the former sites of Central Mall (which contained a seven-storey office tower and a cluster of conservation shophouses) and Central Square (a mixed residential and commercial complex).
Comprising a 40-storey skyscraper with 366 flats and commercial space at floors 1 and 2, Union Square Residences One-bedroom flats from 463 sq ft; two-bedroom units from 700 sq ft; three-bedroom units from 990 sq ft; and four-bedroom premium units of 1,518 sq ft make up residences. Along with a lone penthouse of 4,833 sq ft and two Sky Suites on floors 38 and 39 comprising 2,486 sq ft,
For a one-bedroom apartment, prices start at $1.38 million ($2,981 psf; for a two-bedroom apartment, $1.98 million ($2,854 psf; for a three-bedroom apartment, $2.82 million ($2,848 psf); for a four-bedroom premium apartment, $4.62 million ($3,043 psf); and for a Sky Suite, $9.288 million ($3,751 psf).

Kitchen equipment from Liebherr, De Dietrich and V-Zug and bathroom fittings from Hansgrohe and Geberit will be found in the flats. Walk-in closets under the Italian brand Rimadesio in the master bedroom will be included in the Sky Suites and penthouse.
Three MRT stations—Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Fort Canning—are within walking distance of Union Square Residences. It is also near sites such the Orchard Road retail strip, Clarke Quay, the forthcoming Canning Hill Square, Not far by are LASALLE College of the Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, School of the Arts, and Singapore Management University.
