Trilive sales seems to be distracted by the current World Cup fever as Trilive sold 30 out of 80 of the release units as of last friday, said Roxy Pacific Chairman Teo Hong Lim.
Price of the 2 bedrooms units start from $870,000, 3 bedrrooms start from 1.3m while a 4 bedrooms start from 1.65m.
Trilive prices are similar to The Tembusu which has sold more than 80% of the units. Both are located side by side, separated by Fortune Park.
Located along Tampines road Kovan enclave, Trilive is near to heartland Mall, NEX Shopping mall and Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre.
