Sophia View En Bloc Sold to an Undisclosed Buyer for $9.28M

The Sophia View en bloc sale sets the record to be the first en bloc to be successfully sold in 2019 which was completed in June. This property is comprised of a 5 units of residence and is addressed at 108 Sophia Road in District 09. It is close to Orchard Sophia which another promising property in District 09  by the renowned Orchard Sophia Pte Ltd (DB2).
