Sales of Singapore new private home increased in July 2015 four times larger than the previous month, sales majority account with a single development.
According to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) data, 1,594 private homes has been sold in July, 4 times higher from the 375 units sold in June.
High Park Residences by CEL Development attributed for the majority of sales in Singapore Property, a record of 1,169 units sold at $989 psf median price.
While for Singapore Executive Condominiums (ECs), property developer hit 495 units in July, up from the previous 110 units. Mainly two new projects increased the 1,155 total units launched in July.
The 638-unit The Brownstone came out as the best-selling executive condominium (EC) project in July, buyers snapped up 187 units at a median price of $818 psf. Another new launch EC is The Vales in Anchorvale Crescent, registered 79 transactions at $788 psf median price.
