Affinity @ Serangoon Preview Crows

Around District 19 will rise soon the two new development projects specifically in Serangoon are based on the healthy competitive sales during the week.

Out of 300 units disposed in the market, 112 were sold out in Affinity at Serangoon compared to 60 units only sold by The Garden Residences. The two competing projects are both under 99-year leasehold and positioned right in North Avenue 1 Serangoon.

Every unit at Affinity cost at a regular price of $1,575 psf, and an average of $1,660 psf, a bit higher for The Garden Residences.
