The luxury 663 condo units of Principal Garden will open its booking to the public next week which will feature UOL's impressive condo project. The offer will start with 250 units within the price range of S$1,600 per square foot which is considerably lesser than The Crest nearby which is priced at S$1,700 psf last year. Bookings will determine the interest of the buyers with the project which will vindicate the release of projects in the circle.
The deputy group CEO for the UOL Group, Mr. Liam Wee Sin affirmed that they cater to people who intend to lease or stay near the city. The smaller units offered by Principal Garden will outset at a price range of S$770,000 to SS$1.7 million for a 1 to 3 bedroom units. The city-fringe location is a great lure to prospect investors and to add that majority or 70 per cent of the units holds one to two bedroom units.
Principal Garden is also noted to be the first condo project to forward in the estate market since the raise of S$14,000 from the previous S$12,000 monthly income requirement to purchase executive condominium units. Donald Han, Chesterton Singapore Managing Director assured that the change will not likely affect sales considering that ECs are located in the suburban area while Principal Garden is just within the city-fringe location.
