The largest penthouse at Park Nova, measuring 5,899 square feet, was sold for $34.438 million, or $5,838 per square foot (psf), breaking the previous mark for the maximum psf price charged in a home selling in Singapore.
A 4,499 sq ft penthouse in the ultra-luxurious residential tower in District 10 was also offered for $26.026 million.
The two penthouses, according to Shun Tak Holdings Limited, have five and four en-suite suites, respectively, and are equipped with high-end finishes and appliances. They still have 270-degree panoramic views of the cityscape of Singapore.
Aside from the penthouses, the development’s five other typical units has also been sold.
“The encouraging sales to Park Nova has pleased us. The product speaks for itself, and the answer reflects our buyers’ faith in our promise and vision,” said Joanne Goh, Shun Tak Residential Development’s Assistant Director.
Park Nova, located at 18 Tomlinson Road, has 54 apartment units varying in size from 1,432 square feet to 5,899 square feet.
The 21-story freehold complex is encircled by a lush vertical garden to facilitate cross-ventilation and prevent overusing air conditioning and artificial light, combining luxurious luxury living with a green and sustainable lifestyle, according to the developer.
“Park Nova’s distinctive curvature provides 270-degree views of Singapore’s sprawling cityscape while also creating a feeling of interconnectedness and fluidity within the space.”
