The Senior Minister of State for Ministry of National Development, Mr. Desmond Lee cited that Aljunied-Hougang Council is among the three Town Councils with a large number of Home Improvement Programme (HIP) HIP-eligible Housing and Development Board (HBD) flats along with Nee Soon Town Council and Jurong –Clementi Town Council.
The Housing and Development Board (HBD) is in the process of completing the selection of the remaining HIP-eligible flats for the Financial Year 2018. The flats that have not submitted for Main Upgrading Programme and were built up to 1986 are eligible for the Home Improvement Programme (HIP), Mr. Lee added.
