Lake Life EC in Jurong have been attracting mostly first-time buyers, around 45 % of Lake Life’s buyers living in Jurong or the nearby areas like Bukit Batok, Clementi and Bukit Panjang. After 17 years, this project is the first Executive Condominium (EC) to be developed in Jurong.
