    With a reserve price of $260 million, the en bloc has attracted a great deal of interest from different developers. But the luck have landed to Worldwide Hotels’ subsidiary City View Holdings with a successful sale price of $276 million.

    With the success of this en bloc sale, it was calculated to have a price of $2,331 psf ppr for its huge land area. The site has a 4.88 plot ratio which has been approved by the Urban Development Authority (URA).
