In late August, the 2 neighboring joint sales sites opened their tenders and closed in September. This is after this en bloc selling has been accepted by more than 80 percent of the condo owners. The selling price introduced for sale in August this year was SS$64 million and the offer was struck at S$62 million after some bargaining.
Sitting on an area of 23,828 sq ft, the combined sites have a total plot ratio of 2.1. It is zoned for residential use, according to the URA 2019 Master Plan. It has 53,541 square feet of gross floor space that enables the developer to redevelop them into a new single, large prime residential house.

Located at 128 and 130 Sophia Road, Fairhaven and Sophia is located at the heart of Sophia Hills in Singapore District 9. Here is one of the most sought after residential homes in Singapore owing to the position which is near to ample amenities.
