Before the launch, the site is valued at a $62 million reserve price. The tender that ended in December is the third attempt on the sale after its two fall-overs from previous listings. According to property’s marketing agent JLL, the site has attracted 7 bids from developers. Sold higher than its initial price, the Derby Court site is anticipated to be a new home for a residential development with 70 units.
