Derby Court in District 11 is launched into a collective sale that closed on December 12, 2017, is acquired by RH Developments Pte Ltd (a Roxy-Pacific Holdings subsidiary) after bidding a winning amount of $73.88 million. Before the launch, the site is valued at a $62 million reserve price. The tender that ended in December is the third attempt on the sale after its two fall-overs from previous listings. According to property’s marketing agent JLL, the site has attracted 7 bids from developers. Sold higher than its initial price, the Derby Court site is anticipated to be a new home for a residential development with 70 units.
