The SRX Property divulged that the prices of the condominiums moved up to 0.3 per cent in March while the number of units that were resold surged up to 47.6 per cent per local property index. priblg12

The non-landed private residential units located in the Outside Central Region boost up the resale price of units with 1.3 per cent, according to the SRX Property. Units in the rest of the Central Region showed an increase of 0.1 per sent in the resale prices of units while the Core Central Region tumbled at 1.7 per cent.

In total, the prices slid down to 1.2 per cent from the previous year and down further to 7.3 per cent from the spike in January 2014.

As of last month, a resold of approximately 577 non-landed private residential units was noted which pointed a rise of 47.6 per cent in comparison to the 391 resold units in the month of February. Accordingly, the resale volume indicated a rise of 19 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
