Incorporated in 1986, Allgreen Properties is part of Real Estate Arm from The Kuok Group and listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in 1999. It was however delisted in 2011 from SGX with acquisition from Kuok Group of Companies.

Allgreen Properties has brand itself over the years and contributed much in forming Singapore Skyline. They are well known for its quality finishes and often high take up rate in most of their projects. Their portfolio include commercial retail shops, offices, service apartment, residential and hotel.

Other than local presence, Allgreen has also International presence in PRC like Tianjin, Chengdu, Shanghai, Shenyang, TangShan and also in Vietnam like Ho Chi Ming City and Vung Tau City.
