Kovan (高文) is a neighborhood in Singapore’s North-East Region, situated inside the town of Hougang. The bulk of people live in terrace homes, bungalows, and semi-detached houses in today’s neighborhood, which is mostly made up of private housing holdings.

Kovan, which is part of Hougang, is located east of Serangoon in Singapore’s North-East Region. Kovan’s limits are a little hazy since it’s a tiny suburb. Hougang Avenue 2 is to the north, Yio Chu Kang Road is to the west, southwest, and south, and Upper Serangoon Road is to the east, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

However, many Kovan facilities are located on the opposite side of Upper Serangoon Road, outside the above-mentioned limit. Kovan Heartland Mall, Kovan Hub, Kovan City, Kovan Market and Food Centre, Paya Lebar Kovan Community Club, and Kovan Sports Centre are just a few among them.
