People who work in Grade A Office buildings often have big floor plans. i.e. 15000 to 30000 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows, raised flooring, and no walls or columns. A lot of ceilings have to be at least 2.8 m high to be called ceilings. Another great thing about Grade A Office space is the panoramic views they have, especially from a high floor unit in the building.

Some of the other things that make it appealing are that it has a good co-working or flexible workspace operator, a fitness center, bicycle parking, and a Green mark certification from the Singapore Building & Construction Authority.

Grade A office buildings usually have the best tenants, so they are the most sought-after office space by most businesses. The tenants of these buildings are usually chosen very carefully by the landlords or developers of the buildings, based on things like the company’s image, the size of the company, the company’s global footprint, and so on. Most businesses that rent Grade A Office space are in banking, finance, law, energy, and technology, among other things.

In Singapore, most of the Grade A Offices are found in places like Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place, and the Marina Bay Financial District (MBFC), which are the most important places to do business in Singapore.
