This sale also ranks it as the fourth most expensive HDB flat on record. The price per square foot was $1,214, reflecting the high value of this property.The high-floor unit, situated between the 37th and 39th storeys, can be found in Block 275A on Bishan Street 24. This block is part of a larger development called Natura Loft. It was completed in 2012 and has been standing for 13 years. This is in line with the recent sale of a 5-room unit on a high floor in the same block, which was sold for $1.538 million in June.
Natura Loft consists of five 40-storey residential blocks, offering a total of 480 units. The DBSS development was completed in 2012 with a 99-year leasehold.
Bishan, located in a well-established neighbourhood, is known for its top-notch amenities and highly regarded schools, making it a perfect choice for families. There are a number of well-regarded primary schools located within a 2KM radius of Block 275A. These include Ai Tong School, Marymount Convent School, and Teck Ghee Primary School.
