This sale also ranks it as the fourth most expensive HDB flat on record. The price per square foot was $1,214, reflecting the high value of this property.The high-floor unit, situated between the 37th and 39th storeys, can be found in Block 275A on Bishan Street 24. This block is part of a larger development called Natura Loft. It was completed in 2012 and has been standing for 13 years. This is in line with the recent sale of a 5-room unit on a high floor in the same block, which was sold for $1.538 million in June.
Natura Loft consists of five 40-storey residential blocks, offering a total of 480 units. The DBSS development was completed in 2012 with a 99-year leasehold.
Bishan, located in a well-established neighbourhood, is known for its top-notch amenities and highly regarded schools, making it a perfect choice for families. There are a number of well-regarded primary schools located within a 2KM radius of Block 275A. These include Ai Tong School, Marymount Convent School, and Teck Ghee Primary School. The availability of quality education in the area adds to its appeal.So far, the priciest HDB flats ever sold were two 5-room units situated at 9B Boon Tiong Road and 96A Henderson Road. Surprisingly, both units were sold for an exact price of $1.588 million.
