Since the introduction of the 248-unit The Dew executive condo on Bukit Batok Street 21 in 2001, this is the first EC to be built in Bukit Batok.

This is their second EC project to be completed together. It was the most expensive land price ever paid for an EC location.
The 618-unit Tenet on Tampines Street 62 was the first EC project undertaken by the joint venture partners. Since its launch on December 3, 614 units have been purchased (99.4 percent) at an average price of $1,382 per square foot (psf).
