The Altura executive condo (EC) preview will start on July 22 by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty. This executive condo at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 has 360 units. Since the introduction of the 248-unit The Dew executive condo on Bukit Batok Street 21 in 2001, this is the first EC to be built in Bukit Batok.
In addition to being close to the Jurong metropolitan zone and the up-and-coming Tengah Forest town, this development is also just a kilometer away from the Anglo-Chinese School (Primary). Dulwich College (Singapore), Dunearn Secondary School, and Dazhong Primary School are all within easy commuting distance.

Qingjian and Santarli’s proposal of $266 million, or a land pricing of $662 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr), was successful in March 2022 for the development site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8. This is their second EC project to be completed together. It was the most expensive land price ever paid for an EC location.
The 618-unit Tenet on Tampines Street 62 was the first EC project undertaken by the joint venture partners. Since its launch on December 3, 614 units have been purchased (99.4 percent) at an average price of $1,382 per square foot (psf).
Business centers like as the Jurong Lake District, Singapore’s second CBD, and The Metropolis at one-north are easily accessible from Altura thanks to its close proximity to Bukit Batok MRT Station and the Tengah Plantation Station.
