Two new International projects are set to launch in Singapore on 5 to 6 March. Singapore property developer TA Corporation will reveal its first large-scale developments in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, while developer Chengdu Galencia will feature Chelsea Residences, a new project in Singapore from a Chinese developer.
The twin tower The Gateway of TA Corp was officially launched in Cambodia’s capital last 28 Feb.
The Gateway at Cambodia consists 36-storey high building of 299 strata-titled office units plus a 39-storey apartment building of 572 residential units sitting on top of a retail podium. The Gateway residential units offers one to three bedroom apartments, sizes ranges from 560 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft.
Currently, approximately 40% of the office units and 30% of residential apartment units have been reserved or sold. Aside from Singapore, The Gateway will also be marketed around Asia, including China and Taiwan.
Meanwhile, the launch of Chelsea Residences was well-timed since Singaporean (private and institutional) shows a rising interests in China.
Sited within Chengdu’s High-Tech Park, Chelsea Residences will be managed like a serviced apartment, comprises of 430 high-end units. Potential property buyers have the choice of 1 to 2 bedroom units, sizes ranged from 947 sq ft to 1,453 sq ft, while unit prices start from RMB1,653 psf or S$352 psf.
Exhibition for Chelsea Residences will be held at Raffles City Convention Centre Level 3, while the launch for The Gateway at Cambodia takes place at Hilton Singapore Hotel.
The Gateway at Cambodia is due to be ready in year 2019, while Chelsea Residences is expected to be ready in December 2017.
