Marine One Residences is an integrated development that will rise at Marina Way in District 1, Singapore. This project is set to become the newest Central Business District in the country. It is developed by M+S Pte Limited, a joint venture between Singapore’s Tamasek Holdings and Malaysia’s Khazanah Nasional. Its total unit is 1042. Tenure is 99 years starting July 2011 and TOP date would be on 2017.

Marine One Residences (Tower 1 and 4) will basically be a part of what seems to be a monumental development. Together with Marina One Offices (Tower 2 and 3) and Retail Podium (referred to as: “The Heart”), Marine One Residences becomes the country’s CBD center point where urban living can be experienced in a different way.
