By way of a private treaty, property developer SingHaiyi and Chip Eng Seng joint venture, and Ultra Infinity have jointly bid S$650 million for the combined development of former Peace Centre and Peace Mansion, making it the year’s largest collective sale.

Casuarina Properties has sold a 25,054 sq ft freehold site at the Haig Road/Haig Lane intersection for $32.8 million to a partnership that comprises companies connected to Nobel Design’s Terence Goon, Lian Huat Group’s Patrick Kho, and 2E Capital’s David Ong and Von Lee.

Fairhaven and Sophia Ville are situated in the Prime District 9 of Singapore at 128 & 130 Sophia Lane. The Fairhaven and Sophia Ville Combine Sites are sold en bloc for a sum of S$62 million. The New Condo will be named as “Orchard Sophia”.

Advance Apartment is enbloc in its 2nd attempt in 2020 for $26.5 million. After its public tender launch, the Geylang site has attracted numerous inquiries from small & mid-sized developers.

The combined sites of 93B, 93C and 95 Lorong N Telok Kurau were sold effectively en bloc at S$23.6 million towards the end of December 2020.
